**Sports Nutrition** - 3 months
With all the calculations and information that go into body composition, it can be all too confusing when trying to achieve a certain physique. This is a three-month plan and it includes:

First initial consultation (45 - 60min); six bi-weekly follow-ups (15-30 min)

Individualized calorie intake based on TDEE

Continuous monitoring of macronutrient breakdown in terms of grams

Specified consumption of macros pre + post workout
